Park Rules

We will enforce these rules strictly with “Zero Tolerance”

Please respect our goal of providing a clean, fun, and safe environment

Our guests, as well as us, deserve the same respect.”

Fighting or physical altercations of any kind are not permitted. You will be removed from the area and reported to the proper authorities.

You will be handed over to the appropriate authorities if you commit any type of theft and removed from the park.

•  No underage drinking of alcohol, you must be 21 to consume alcoholic beverages.

At Eagle Ranch Palapas, glass containers are not permitted. You will be required to return glass containers upon departure.

•  Gathering ground wood for campfires is permitted. Please do not cut or destroy any trees or fences at Eagle Ranch Palapas.

•  DO NOT burn your trash. Dispose of all trash in the trash bins located throughout the park.

•  Firearms are not permitted at Eagle Ranch Palapas.

•  Eagle Ranch Palapas does not permit the use of illegal drugs.

•  All patrons visiting Eagle Ranch Palapas are required to wear the wristband furnished upon entry. New wristbands can be purchased at the office if lost. If you are caught sneaking into the park, you will be banned from Eagle Ranch Palapas indefinitely.

•  5 MPH SPEED LIMIT in all camping areas is strictly enforced.

•  No reckless driving.

•  Dogs must always be on a leash, you are responsible for ALL your dog’s actions, please clean up their mess.

•  Keep loud music to a minimal in the campgrounds and cabin area after midnight please, respect your neighbor.

ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

Do parents have to be present on site and what forms are required (for adults and minors)?
Adults (18 years of age and over) – Everyone (driver/rider/passenger) must sign a waiver and show a valid ID at time of check-in. Minors (under 18 years of age) accompanied by a parent/legal guardian – Waiver can be completed and signed on-site at the time of check-in. Minors (under 18 years of age) NOT accompanied by a parent/legal guardian – Notarized minor forms (available on web site) must be submitted at the time of check-in.
Do I need insurance to ride in the park?
We do not require insurance to ride at Eagle Ranch Palapas, but you would be wise to consider it for your own protection. You are as responsible here, as if you were driving on the road, and hit someone. We recommend you follow your State’s rules.
Is camping available on the park?
No camping overnight is allowed at this time.
Do you offer ATV/Side by Side rentals?
Not at this time
